Meet Our Doctors
Meet the doctors who make White Bear Eye Clinic the leading provider of vision care products and services in White Bear Lake, Minnesota.
Dr. Jaclyn Doffin is a White Bear Lake native. She attended the University of Minnesota-Duluth and studied biochemistry. She earned a B.S. in Optometry from Indiana University and received her doctor of optometry degree from Indiana University’s School of Optometry, graduating with high distinction.
During optometry school, Dr. Doffin was the president of Beta Sigma Kappa Optometric Society and was active in Fellowship of Christian Optometrists (FCO). She traveled to Honduras with this organization to provide eye care to an otherwise underserved population.
Dr. Doffin is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Minnesota Optometric Association. She joined the White Bear Eye Clinic in 2004 and purchased the clinic from Dr. Perry in 2017.
She enjoys reading and spending time with her family in her free time. She also is passionate about her family’s non-profit organization, Hope in Grace.
Dr. Anna Percival grew up in Stillwater, Minnesota. She earned bachelor’s degrees in chemistry and biology from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee, where she was also a member of the swimming and diving team. She received her Doctor of Optometry degree from the Illinois College of Optometry in 2021 and joined the White Bear Eye Clinic team following graduation.
Dr. Percival is passionate about community outreach and advancing health equity. She regularly volunteers with the Mobile Health Initiative, partnering with local organizations to provide essential healthcare services, including eye exams, to underserved communities throughout Minnesota.
She is actively involved in leadership at both the state and national levels. Dr. Percival currently serves on the Board of Trustees for the Minnesota Optometric Association, and previously served as the Young OD Co-Chair, where she helped organize networking and professional development opportunities for early-career optometrists. She is a graduate of the American Optometric Association Leadership Institute programs, which she completed in 2024 and 2025. In recognition of her leadership and service, she was awarded Minnesota Young Optometrist of the Year in 2026.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Percival enjoys home-improvement projects, hiking, and trail running with her five-year-old rescue dog, Malarkey.
Dr. Laura Moe is from Little Falls, Minnesota. She attended The College of St. Scholastica, where she was a member of the cross-country team and received a degree in biology. She then earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from Indiana University School of Optometry, graduating with high honors. Dr. Moe joined the White Bear Eye Clinic in 2025.
During optometry school, Dr. Moe was the treasurer of the Beta Sigma Kappa Optometric Honor Society and was involved in the school’s Optometric Private Practice and Contact Lens clubs, along with being an associate instructor for numerous courses. She also travelled to Jamaica to provide vision screenings and comprehensive eye exams to grade school children.
She is a member of the Minnesota Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association.
In her free time, Dr. Moe enjoys hiking, kayaking, cooking, reading, and spending time with her family, friends, and her dog, Billie.
